Early Dinner: Sushi (6 pieces tuna and Salmon on brown rice)

Post dinner Snack: granola with hot milk

Hot Apple Cider

Workout: 1 1/2hours of drag practice (dance numbers for the show)

Breakfast: Bagel w/strawberry cream cheese


Snack: Small banana

Lunch: PB & honey on wheat
Yogurt
2 small pumpkin cookies (I made them)
V8

Dinner: Pasta (Whole wheat)
mushrooms
Sundried tomatoes
Lite cream sauce (I made it)

Exercise: 1 hour at the gym (my muscles are sore w00t!)

Day #8 and an advertisement
Breakfast: Small bowl of Cracklin' oatbran

Post breakfast snack: Granola bar

Lunch: Leftover veggie pasta
yogurt
sugar free pudding


Post lunch Snack: Graham crackers and peanut butter

Dinner: Chicken on flat bread bun
1 tbls bbq sauce (the low cal kind)
Green beans (about a fist sized amount)

Before bed: I had one of my homemade pumpkin cookies. They're made with 100% whole wheat and only one cup of sugar for all 36 cookies. Plus the one I had was a small one to see if I needed more cloves to the remaining cookies.

Workout 30 min: EA fitness for my Wii is kicking my ass! Wow Stacy did NOT lie about it. My legs and butt are sore, but it's a good sore. I know I'm out of shape but the sore muscles make me feel accomplished. I'm going to the rec tonight with a friend to workout, so that should be fun. And I can watch NCIS from my machine! W00t. I feel good, tired but good. Note to self: stretch more.

Oh and for those of you that are worried, I don't really call myself a fatty fat, but I thank you all for your uplift during my time of self loath. I have gotten over the slip and I do realize that I just suck it up and move on, which is quite helpful. More helpful when I talk about it. So thanks!

Also, Jacque I think you're hot too. ;)

Days #5, 6, and 7
Day 5
Breakfast: egg, sausage, cheese and lite cream cheese wrap
muffin (corn muffin)
*no post breakfast snack as I was full.

Lunch: peanut butter sandwich
yogurt
sugar free pudding cup

Post lunch snack: milk and graham crackers

Dinner: Chipotle Burrito and chips (no salsa)

Day 6
Breakfast/brunch (I slept till 11): Bowl of Cracklin' Oatbran (about a cup and 1/4)

Late lunch: (I feel shitty about this whole day) Beef and Cheddar from arby's and a milkshake

Early Dinner: 4 pieces of Pizza(I am a fatty fat)

Day 7 (Sunday)
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with chopped broccoli
two pieces of toast with jam
1/4 a cup of pan roasted potatoes
milk
1/2 cup of coffee

Lunch: Turkey bologna and cheese sandwich
Apple slices (4) and sugar free caramel dip (it tastes a little weird but hell, it's caramel)
5 cheese doodles
green tea

Dinner: garlic pasta with a metric shit ton of veggies
and a glass of milk

Sorry about the self loathing a bit. Apparently Saturdays and pizza are my weakness. I understand that a piece is fine but I over did it quite a bit by having 4. Which makes me feel like a fatty fat. I feel I did well Sunday though and I am trying. Also, I've figured out I'm fat because people have started to tell me "They're concerned" about my health. Wow that makes me feel shitty, but it makes my cause stronger. So today is the first day I start to exercise and I haven't decided what I want to do yet. I think I'll try my new EA active for the wii. My friend Stacy says it kicks her ass and she's lost some awesome weight so I think I'll start with that. Maybe I'll go to the rec tomorrow night. We shall see. Thanks for reading everyone and giving me some encouragement I appreciate it.

Sugar free pudding (mmmm pudding)
Hot Tea (nothing added)

Post Lunch Snack: Glass of milk and a nap

Dinner: Cup of granola
1/4 cup Craisens
hot milk
Half of a peanut butter and banana sandwich

I'm really proud of myself! Tonight for dinner is my Cheat Night, so I might have Chipotle! Yay!

Day #3 and thoughts
Breakfast: Mini-bagel
Light strawberry cream cheese
Granola bar

Midmorning Snack: two rice cakes with peanut butter and raisins

Lunch: cup and 1/4 of the leftover pasta
cup yogurt
Snack sized Butterfinger (it was the size of my thumb! So cute)

Post Lunch Snack: Graham Crackers
Sugar free low cal hot chocolate (Thanks Swiss miss!)

Dinner: Leftover turkey sausage
Whole wheat flat bread bun (They're really neat!)
Two slices (self sliced) of Mozzarella
1 whole wheat blueberry muffin


I cheated a little today, I had a vanilla milkshake. I was awesome, but I did think about it before hand and I decided on vanilla even though the other flavors were calling to me.

Thoughts: I've decided not to tell anyone, beside you all and my mom, about this food diary. I've let so many people down by dieting and trying things before and failing. Now I only have myself to worry about! I only have myself to please, and myself to work with because I'm doing this for myself and no one else! I appreciate all of the comments and support everyone, keep up the good work and I'll keep up mine.

I start the exercise next week, the nice thing is is that I've inspired other people to eat better and get fit too! I'm so happy for everyone who's offered to partner with me at the gym, thanks guys. I'm planning to hit the lab pool at least once a week with my friend KD and work on my own other days as well. Plus my friend Sam said she'd go gyming in the evenings with me too! Such good friends.

A great thing I've noticed after only a few days is that I'm getting fuller and staying fuller on less food. This is great for me portion wise.

on the bad side I have a cold.

Dinner: Pasta with turkey sausage and Organic brand sauce
Small Greens salad
Water

Note: All of my grains are 100% whole wheat. They are almost always 100% whole wheat, if it's ever not I'll post it saying so.

Food So far:

Breakfast: 1 Mini-bagel (far less calories than a whole giant one)
Strawberry Lite Cream cheese (it's lite and yummy)
1 small banana
16 ounces of water

Morning Snack: I forgot to pack one so, water!

Lunch: Leftover Rotisserie chicken
Cherry vanilla yogurt
Cottage cheese and three pieces of Pineapple (Which tasted awful for some reason)
8 oz Low sodium V8
Water, lots of water

Post lunch Snack: Graham crackers with Peanut butter
25 sugar free chocolate covered Peanuts (Thanks Weight Watchers!)
12 oz Skim Milk

Dinner: Homemade Potato, Carrot, Chicken, and Kale soup
12oz Skim Milk

I need your support.
Dear Livejournal friends,
Seeing as how most of you I subscribe to are my very good friends I need your help. After much deliberation on my part I've found I am fat and I hate myself for it. Before now I have never done anything like this for myself I've only been half-assing my way through it. I'm going to start writing down everything I put in my mouth, from gum to lunch to water. I will have one cheat day a week (Usually Friday or Saturday) and I will do fitness activities as much as I can muster with my busy schedule.

What I need from all of you is your support and your advice. After a discussion with my mom I'm finally starting to feel the need to do this with my heart. I will post my food journal here starting tomorrow Monday the 11th. Hopefully this will save me money and my waistline. So if any of you have healthy recipes, ideas, hints or motivational speeches please don't hesitate to email or post here. I love all of you very much, so start your engine for "Project 150lbs or The way I got back to my high school weight."

Note: I will be giving details, feelings and my actual weight no lies. If you have a problem with knowing please quit subscribing or suck it up.

Seeing as I am needed in Cincinnati for a wedding Saturday there will be no Dragoncon for me this year. For this I am quite depressed as I had planned great things for this con. So to cheer myself I will post this list in detail so that any of my friends that will be at the con can fill my shoes and do the things I cannot. Hint Hint Miss Lauren.

So all who read this Have at it! But take pictures so I know you did, think of it as a scavenger hunt.

#1. Find Don Maitz and get his 2010 Pirate calender
#2. Stalk Patrick Stewart (by this I mean stand in his line and dance like a weirdo to my ipod until my turn comes) then inform his how much I loved him in Jeffery (and his pink Beret) and have him sign a picture for me.
#3. Find Jennie Breeden and buy her Pretty Princess sticker for my laptop. (and show her my Pretty Princess cosplay)
#4 Drool on the Corsets I cannot buy again this year, then try one on anyway and love the things it does to my boobs
#5 See the Burlesque Show if have to beat up manly men to do so.
#6 Drool on the men in kilts (you'll do this for me Lauren?)
#7 Go to Gina Briggs (beside Jennie) and buy her stuff too!
#8 Sit in on the panels I missed last year
#9 Do the Thriller Dance too!
#10 Watch Dragoncon TV
#11 Have a pina colada at Trader Vics with a werewolf (I have to do this!)
#12 Take pictures of the awesome costumes (Please do Lauren)
#13 Watch the Kilt Blowing
#14 Find Felicia Day and tell her she's an awesome geek
#15 Make fun of Twilight cosplayers like it's my job
#16 Meet my big brother for dinner

*Sigh* perhaps I'll get to go next year. Have fun everyone!

So....Buttons.
So...it's 2008. I'm still writing 2007 therefore it's Octember for me!

Highlights:

I'm home this weekend for dad's birthday.
I'm double majoring, Fine Arts and Art History (in hopes of having a job I want later in life)
I have now been named Mistress C in my work place. I love my job...:D
My art work is going well. Attached are photos.
I'm performing in a drag show on March 14th, everyone should come!
I'm happy.
Halfway through the quarter!
I'm hoping to study abroad in 09-10 in Ireland!


Lowlights:
Work is crazy as usual
School is stealing my soul
Working on finding a place to live this summer
Working on finding money to go to Dragoncon08
Paper's to write, projects to finish
By double majoring I'll be adding another year onto school....:(
Can I go back to sleep now?

Gaaaargh!
So many things I want to do and no money to do it with! First of all I would LOVE to go to Ikasucon. But I'm not sure if I can afford it due to the moving in with boyfriend situation. I'm not going to NY in March because I have to save money to move in with said boyfriend, also it's my 21st so everyone wants to see me that month and break.

Also another up coming is Dragoncon. Now I am currently planning on going but there are other things to consider than money. If I am moving in with Justin I will probably be doing it when my lease is up in August the same month as the con. Not only that but it's up the 31st!! The same day as the con. Gaaaaaaaagh!

*thud* Help meeeeeee.

So I've no idea what to do!!! *facepalm*

But just for one moment we will pretend that I can and AM going to the cons and I will tell you my other problem. I want to cosplay.......T_T

Cosplay Options:

Kaleido Star
Jem and the Holograms
Moogle (it's not really a furry so I can live with it)
And...Possibly Errant Story

Now I would love to do any of these. Mostly Kaleido Star. But here's the big problem

I've no one to make a costume for me!! Lord knows I can't sew to save my life and now I'm not home with my mom who could do it because she's retired but now can't because I'm not there. Poo.

So this is a call out. If anyone who can help me with costuming is reading this for the love of god please help me! If I have a cosplay outfit I will make one of the cons work! Even if it means just moving boxes into Justin's place and fleeing to Atlanta.

R.I.P T.S Eliott, we love you.
You've read right, Lura and my kitty Miss Eliott died this morning around 4:30am. I figured I should let everyone know so there wouldn't be a shock if anyone came over to our place and she was missing.

Eliott was only 4 and we loved her dearly. Not only was she soft and fuzzy but she kept us warm and loved. We also taught her to play fetch. A cat playing fetch who knew? She was with us for a year and a half and it was wonderful to have her with us. We saved her from the animal shelter and gave her a place to call home, thankfully home is where she died, not in some hospital or dirty shelter.

If you're wondering about Lura and I, no need to be worried we're doing alright. Tears and hugs and we press on. Thanks to Lura's dad Eliott will have a resting place in Lura's backyard instead of behind our apartment.

So raise your glasses in a toast to our dear cat. T.S Eliott.

Oh Happy Day!
Joe says hi.

So I finally have wonderful news to shine through this fog of work and the doom of school.
I have 4th row center seats to see My Fair Lady! Huzzah!! My boyfriend is the greatest. I love him. Lots.


But that's not all folks,
Just because it's Tuesday you get the very special offer of my roommate has rearranged our furniture! It looks good too. I like the more open space and the loads of seating we can finally have! W00t.
